WebSubmissions. Editorial and Publications Policy. SCR publishes fiction and poetry primarily, but will also consider creative nonfiction, scholarly essays, and book reviews. The editors of SCR thank you for your interest in submitting a manuscript for their consideration. We prefer electronic submissions (in PDF format only) on Submittable.
