WebMost phonak devices are under a 3 year warranty so just go back to the place you got them from and ask for them to be sent out. I had the same issue. Took them in to my audiologist and they updated the firmware and reset the devices. Have not had any issues since they did this. Sounds like it could be a quality issue.
