WebbCant seem to balance my macros. So I’m 15m and trying to gain muscle mass, and Im trying to eat 2,600-3000 calories a day. I’m following a tdee calculator and it says I should eat 189g of protein, 98g of fat, and221g of carbs daily but i always find myself eating around 250-350g of carbs daily, 40-60g of fat, and 70-100g of protein.
