I believe it's a 9/16" or 5/8" bolt. Should be on the passenger side about half way up or down on the transmission. You'll see a support arm from the tube go to it. Simply remove that bolt.

Freezing the tube and heating the block slightly with a propane torch will help to seat it. Fill the engine with one quart short and read the dipstick and mark it then add the last quart and mark it again.
