Invisible, but if the user clicks anywhere that doesn't have anything visible, they click it. Create a layer called Refresh, with nothing on it, set to hide all other slide layers (except the base layer). WebAs for hiding all other layers it's standard shortcut. ALT+click on the layer eye/visibility icon (in the layer panel), this hides all other layers except the one you clicked. You can also use right click menu (right click on layer eye/visibility icon) as most of the buttons and panels have context right click menu.

This will toggle visibility for all other layers. If a layer was already set to "off" before the initial Option/Alt-click, when you toggle things back on, it will remain set to "off".
